For reports of adverse events (side effects) related to PRIALT® (ziconotide intrathecal infusion), Maxipime® (cefepime hydrochloride, USP) for Injection or Azactam® (aztreonam for injection, USP), contact us at 888-638-7605.

For reports of adverse events (side effects) possibly associated with the use of TYSABRI® (natalizumab), which is being developed and marketed by Elan in collaboration with Biogen Idec, please contact Biogen Idec at 1-800-456-2255.
